Been going to this shop for about 20 years with cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs. They do their best, finding the problem and fix it far cheaper than any dealer. So hard to find anyone who can fix autos anymore. Wish they were closer to me but AAA Towing does the work for me. Towed one truck for over 100 miles to the place without costing me anything because am a AAA member. They have been so helpful that I feel they more like family than a service. Check them out as they the best I found in TN. They always look for the best parts, Best prices for parts. You can trust them to do the best or they will tell you the truth of the whole thing, Some cars just not fixable anymore due to being badly made. I trust them with my family. Have a Jesus Day.

Honesty, integrity, and exceptional service. I had one of those hard to find problems—my engine shut off frequently but randomly and then 15-45 seconds after it died it could be restarted. I took it in to Automotive Solutions and over the next several weeks they ran a wide range of tests and drove it for hours. They even had to put gas in it. Of course, it only quit on them once (classic, right?). When they returned it to me, Barry was candid and told me that they hadn’t been able to replicate the problem often enough to identify the cause. (They easily could have replaced some random part(s)—or not—and claimed to have fixed it.) As a result (despite the fact that they had worked on it for hours), they refused to accept any payment, even for the gas they put in it. Two weeks after I got it back, Barry even called to check to make sure I hadn’t had any more problems. I have now driven it for three weeks and haven’t had the first problem. I have done business with Barry and Lynn back even before they started this business when they both worked for Rocky Top Chevrolet. I can only say the absolute best of them. 2007 Chevy Colorado 3.7 engine thermostat staying open too much. I could not believe the difference between a engine running too cold and to one running back at the proper temp. The engine performs like it did 11 years ago when I bought it. Thanks for the great work. Will be back if I run into any more problems.

Barry is the most honest mechanic around. I thought my brakes were shot after driving with the parking brake engaged for a couple miles resulting in a dense burning smell and unresponsive brakes, but after I dropped my car off at his shop he gave me a call a couple hours later saying my brakes are fine and that I just overheated the fluid.
